A Sleepy Longhairs® Good Night...
This Page is Some Tips and Supplies
You'll Need for a Long Hair-Beneficial
Sleep at Night.
Pure clean springwater. Always drink
lots in the morn (with a squirt of
Lemon Juice ) (organic lemon juice is best of course... but it's acually the acidity action itelf that's what we are using, bottled, or fresh, is fine regular, natural or organic better)
Always have Our Non-Salts Blood Nitrients Brine in warm water
, then clear water
afterwards, alkaline reparticalized if you have it...first in the morning before our fruit
juice and Silica gel.
Note: too much liquids before sleep
can make an unrestful sleep.
Take your A vitamins berry antioxidants, and herbs tea and more of our silicea caplets or gel(and/or our Byebelly
tea)at night, as they work while you
rest better...great for shinier hair!
Never take too much vitamin B's or
you may have to antidote twice a year....
Brush each side separate in front
of you with your chin over your shoulder,
brushing against your body until satisfied,
With Louise Marie Longhairs' Kinder
Bristle brush. Never brush upside
down, it's like bending your nails
backwards, OW! Also note our Kinder
Brush cleaning and care section on
this site:)
Then, use Longhairs Kinder Brush gently
into a side ponytail and tie with
a scrunchie (or preferably a scrunchie)or
non-metallic terrytie behind the earlobe
on the bottom of scalp, give it slack
too, that's opposite your
twirlycrown.
Everyone is different, you know...Wear
the pony down front of you when you
sleep, it assimilates oils etc from
your skin, as well, if you are on
wholistic and naturopathic tissue salts, you'll transpire
tincture sulfur and silicea to your
ends by wearing it ths way, via the
body's even if minute, perspiration,
if you have ingested the supplement
in our special colloidial gel form...and
use our hair products
.
Sometimes if 'heat' is deterring
health of scalp or we're working on
reprogramming some areas(using #27
Chillout doing sprays on the the parting
at night, do same but in two low flat
pigtails, braided or not.
Q: How do I pretreat correctly with Longhairs conditioners?
From: archives
Pre-treat
over-nights;
With water
on your hands, apply product. Use Longhairs® #10-B
Protein Conditioner alone (#10-B is
the most used, recommended and preferred re and pre-treat
)
(Very seldom but occasionally use #19 Honey-Bee and a drop of #13 Blisstips Ends Oil
over it.) Technique: After working in conditioner along needy strands from the
bottom up, using the 'universal sign of money' dash hands quickly with some warm water
on your palms of your hands... alternate layers of water
, then conditioner until you achieve smooth uniform feel in the hair. ie awhere hair is older or more damaged, use more and follow with water
on hands to deeply express it)... work up thru those old wear areas in the midrange top back of hair.. in a stroking-massaging
motion downward ... blend and massage in with more water
till soft and pliable. Work the ends in this way until it is a wet
wick end, alternating layers of water
and conditioner before
proceeding to braid if you braid them.(or #13-A Blisstips Ends Oil as the occasional overnight hot oil treatment..then put a bag and a Toque then go on to sleep.),
Pre-treating is most often with a #10-B, is done nightly before tying to side or onto flat low pigtails and retiring. You can do it
on the side braid technique too day OR night) when done at night it is then is
called pretreating (use 1 tsp or less.). #13 may also be implemented along with the 10's
if you like.
Pre-treating works while you sleep;-)
Hints:
Don't wet
the hair first...instead, wet
your hands with the conditioner on
them.
The more layers you do of conditioner then water
, the better it all
penetrates...finish with water
from your hands.
Sleeping in low flat pigtails is often recommended by
Doctorlonghair, especially if she
feels your scalp needs air and or
#27 Chillout sprayed down that parting from front
to nape nightly...stimulating healing.
Tie behind ears like little flat bundles,
pretreat ends.
If necessary softly braid the pony
and apply a
terry-tie at the bottom.
Finally sleep on a Spinal Correcting
Ortho foam pillow with a cotton or
satin(better). Or...Cotton pillowslip
THEN an Louise Marie Longhairs special
order Satin Pillowslip over it so
it doesn't slide off. A rubber placemat
under the satin pillow, keeps it from
falling off the bed. some clients
utilize a horseshoe pillow filled
with buckwheat and flowers. These
special pillows are wonderful for
sleeping with your hair laid out above
you if you like to. We have the BEST
quality and feel of Ultra-Satin Pillow
Cases.
Never sleep with your locks tied up
on the top of your head, it stresses
the roots up on top and causes breakage,
on a she'll horseshoe pillow ... then can you sleep
with it loose and above you for fullness
in the morning, (We sell a Longhairs
Pillow .:).Louise Marie
Longhairs has Black, White, Ivory,
Red, Pink Nickel, Butter, Lavender
and Green Satin normally shaped pillowslips for the
time being, if you need to order one
from us.
Sleeping with hair hanging on and
then up and over the pillow freely is rather OK,
so long as it stays there, and your
cat doesn't lie on it, or it doesn't get stuck in bed mechanisms, or if it touches
the foor above the head the end of
the bed, you'll not be able to sleep
with it untied and worn down the front.
Don't wrap head tightly in satin,
silk or cotton, use our satin pillowcases instead and don't wrap, our members pretreat, but that only is a good idea if you use our products
only.
Brush out in the Morning with Magic
Spray (if necessary)and brush, using
The Kinder Brush if you can or can't
wash
that day.
